They are famous for their chicken soup base ramen. Indeed, it is really the authentic and thick chicken soup. I had drank the same type of soup base in Vietnam where they only used chicken bones and meat to make the broth, the real chicken soup. But not as thick as Marutama's one. In fact, I prefer the one I have tasted in Vietnam which is less thick. But still, this is one Ramen which you can't miss. Not like normal Japanese ramen restaurants like Ajisen Ramen etc, their choices are quite limi
For their side dishes, I would recommend their grilled roasted pork (char siu). The tender in and just nice grilled roasted pork. I would say this is the best I have tried so far. Some other good side dishes like omelet and dumpling worth a try too.
