My friend absolutely loves raw salmon so we decided to share a plate of raw salmon belly. The salmon belly is probably the best part of a salmon. It also happens to be the most oily part of the salmon. The raw salmon served was very fresh and soft. It'd literally melt in your mouth. I didn't take the raw salmon that well so I decided to shower it with a lot of lemon juice and it turned out pretty well. I was able to finish my share of the salmon belly. I'd recommend those who don't handle raw salmon well to do that too. It is better than wasting it. Plus it is pretty good when topped with lemon juice.
