I passed by umi sushi on the way to the mrt station, decided to grab a box of sushi. Not many sushi joints actually sells lobster salad sushi so whenever I passed by one that sells, I will not hesitate to grab a box. The lobster salad sushi that umi sells taste really good. You can actually see the lobster pieces on top of the sushi. They mixed the lobster with fish eggs, mayo and a tinge of wasabi. The wasabi adds some hotness to the sushi. You can actually see the lobster pieces on top of the sushi. They mixed the lobster with fish eggs, mayo and a tinge of wasabi. The wasabi adds some hotness to the sushi. The lobster they use are really fresh, very juicy and crunchy. the rice is very sticky but goes well with the lobster salad. Really enjoyed it.
