There are a lot of items on the menu, so much that i became at a loss as to what to order. Fried Pig Trotter, the minimum order is 2 pieces which cost about $10. The service is good, they offered to cut it into 4 pieces in total. Very crispy, and though there was not much meat, there is plenty of soft tissues, collagen! Fried Yam with Duck. A very yummy dish! They only showed 3 pieces on the menu, and thus I was expecting a small portion of it, but the food that came was huge! The yam is very

Fried Yam with Duck. A very yummy dish! They only showed 3 pieces on the menu, and thus I was expecting a small portion of it, but the food that came was huge! The yam is very loose, and perfectly fried on the outside. A filling dish.
Oyster Omelette ($15) was the worst dish that I had in this place. Each piece seemed to be over-fried, and there was no starch in the dish. Very different from the authentic dish, and not in the good way!
