Yay! Desserts. And only just for desserts. Apparently we missed out the last time.The red ruby was a brilliant shade of red. Nicely translucent, it was coated with just the right amount of starch and the chestnut within was full of crunch.The coconut milk was light and sweet.This was a brilliant way to beat the heat of the afternoon. And it made me miss Thailand.
