Located at the lobby of Park Regis Hotel, Suite 23 has a very relaxing ambience, spacious too. For $28++, you can enjoy a platter that consists of four different types of dessert, as well as free flow of coffee and tea. Creme brulee is very smooth and the caramelized topping is perfectly done. The apple crumble is my top pick out of all. It's very crunchy, with handful of almonds in there, enhancing the flavour by far. Together with the warmed apple chunks, it makes a gorgeous dessert!
