As the outlet at JEM was the nearest to my place, I headed there for dinner on a weeknd at 5pm to beat the crowd. Despite arriving early (not much people inside with a whole section empty but closed as they were still laying out the utensils), we had to wait for 15 minutes. Upon being seated and already submitting our orders, we waited for a further 30 minutes for our orders to arrive while some diners who had arrived later than us had already gotten their food served. Food was good however the wait was too long. I'd recommend you to skip DTF on a weekend and visit it on a weekday (early) instead.
