If you are a fan of beijing roasted duck, this will be your cup of tea. I was never a fan of duck meat though but this pizza really enticed me alot. I had my first bite and love it to bits.The pizza is not like any other pizzas you find outside, it's crispy and the duck meat is tender and soft. Overall, the taste is just so heavenly. Do make reservations (one week in advance) through their online booking system as it's usually full house there. Or if you're lucky, go on that day and you might be able to find some seats but it's quite rare or you have to wait.
As Timbre is always packed and it would be hard to get a table if you do not make an advance reservation.
