Simply love the century egg though it is not served chill. Tender and bouncy while biting. Comes with a few slices of seasoned ginger, it takes all "Xin wei" away. Each tau pok will be cut into 4 portions. I have shown a cross section of a quarter. It fills with bean sprouts and vegetables. Bean sprouts are fresh and not too wet nor dry after heated over the fire. Crunchy feeling, with a big of the rojak sauce, its savoury. Service
Self service. Requires some waiting time as some of the ingredients need to be toasted and quite a number of orders are take aways.
Ambience
Ample of seats around in the night as most of the stalls are closed.
Price
The standard pricing for a plate of rojak. For additional cost, it depends on the extra items one adds.
Recommendation / Tips
(1) add the tau pok with fillings.
(2) Muslims friend can eat this too.
