The FoodI ordered Sambal Stingray and a plate of their Signature Noodles. The Sambal Stingray is superb and the sambal chilli is spicy and very tasty. The stingray is BBQ till the meat is nice and juicy. The sambal chilli sauce goes extremely well with the stingray but it can be quite spicy for those who do not take spicy food. I ordered Sambal Stingray and a plate of their Signature Noodles. The Sambal Stingray is superb and the sambal chilli is spicy and very tasty. The stingray is BBQ till the meat is nice and juicy. The sambal chilli sauce goes extremely well with the stingray but it can be quite spicy for those who do not take spicy food. Their Signature Noodles looks and tastes like Hokkien Mee but the only difference is that they added fresh clams into the dish. The noodle is delicious as it has absorbed the goodness of the seafood ingredients like prawns, sotong, eggs, bean sprouts and clams. The sambal chilli which they used for the Singray also complements well with the noodles, enhancing more flavour and spiciness to the dish!

Reasonably priced at $20++ for the whole bill
