Hougang 1 is a new mall, nice place for me to go shop and walk around while running some errands in the area. The restaurant wasn't too crowded due to us eating at a weird time before lunch hours. we ordered seafood carbonara, chicken wings, grilled chicken set. The staff were attentive and the food was up real quick.The chicken wings was juicy and flavourful; Pasta was well cooked, coated with tasty tomato sauce and fresh and succulent prawns. Grilled chicken is tender and toothsome NICE !
