Swensen's offer quite a few variety of fishes and i love the salmon here as it is not too well done. The salmon is served with mash potatoes that are really smooth and tastety! The cream sauce that complements the salmon is also really good and it goes really well with almost anything be it the fish or the vegetables at the side. Sprinkle a little pepper to add a little more heat and the dish is relly good.
