We went for a food trail to Praelum. The Salmon-En-Croute is my favourite dish.The salmon loin is wrapped in a thin puff pastry and baked to the right temperature. It tastes yummy with salmon soft inside and puff crispy. The salmon loin was well seasoned and served with wholegrain mustard.
