The salmon fish is marinated with teriyaki sauce (if I am not wrong) before bring to pan fry. The fish meat is soft but there is slight fishy smell in it. Quite fragrant with that slight over cooked texture on the outer surface. The rice slightly cooked with some thinly chopped carrot, nothing interesting and the portion is quite little too. I have top up $2.90 for an additional coleslaw and fresh brewed coffee. The price is quite alright however may not be filling enough for big eater like

It also take slightly longer time for them to prepare this salmon dish.
