Decided to try out Sho Teppan for dinner after reading some of the reviews and was there at about 7.20pm on a Friday night. There was a queue outside the restaurant as it was peak hour, but waiting time is bearable. The concept of the restaurant was rather interesting, I was seated at a counter seat and there's an electric stove in front of every seat. A staff is also positioned inside the counter to help if you need any assistance with the cooking. Due to stoves, the seats are paced and is a little hard to share..
I order a Salmon Yaki Udon set for myself and the set comes with a salad and miso soup.
Also need to take extra note to turn down the heat when you want to pour the egg in as it gets burnt rather quickly. Also leave it at low heat when your food is cooked and you want to start eating..
Dont mind coming back to try the soup base set meals next time!
