Lam's is known for their abalone noodles and of cos, the salted baked chicken along balestier road. Was around the area and saw they actually have a stall here in Food Republic so I decided to try it and see if the standard remains the same as their main branch. As they only have the salted egg baked chicken available in their menu, I decided to have one with plain white rice.
