You definitely need to be here early to be assured of a dumpling since it sells quite fast. I got 5 of the salted egg dumpling home and made it hot the next day for lunch. The salted egg yolk is large and lovely. Although it is high in cholesterol, I couldn’t help but to finish all of the salted egg yolk. The mushrooms in the dumpling are also juicy and full of flavour. the meat is both fatty and lean which helps to moisten the dumpling and the meat such that it is not to dry. It is really delic
