During Dinner time, there was always a queue at this new Soup Restaurant in IMM. The wait for the queue was around 15 minutes, not too long a wait.Our family ordered the house special Steamed San Yu and Samsui Ginger Chicken. The ordered dishes took a while to came to our table, maybe the kitchen was over-wheling with customers' order.The Steamed San Yu though looked simple was good. The Steamed San Yu though looked simple was good. The fish slices were fresh, smooth and tender. The sauce was just premium soya sauce and shallot oil, it was light and good on the fish slices.
The Samsui Ginger Chicken came in chilled and deboned. The chicken skin was silky smooth and the meat was tender. This dish came with ginger sauce and lettuce. Although I found it strange to wrap the chicken meat with lettuce and eat with rice. I would prefer to eat separately with rice.
Overall the food was good here, though a family of four would have to spend at least $50.
