The FoodI ordered the Satay Bee Hoon and the bee hoon texture is fine and smooth. The bee hoon easily absorbed the peanut gravy (not too dilute or dry) and can taste the satay gravy in my mouth The ingredients especially the prawn, cuttle fish and lean meat are all very fresh.
