As I haven't heard from any recommendation to which stall should I patronized for the satay, I decided to just get my satays from the nearest stall from where I sit - Ang Sa Lee Satay. Ang Sa Lee sounds very familiar, like I've heard from somewhere... but nevertheless, I placed my order with this friendly looking auntie - 5 muttons and 5 chicken satays. Was feeling quite full so I skipped the ketupat. My order was fast, within 10 minutes of waiting time. I thought the satay will be lukewarm since it is being served fast but I was wrong. It was actually very hot, like fresh from the satay grill. The size of the satay is just nice. The marination is good, though a bit dry for both the mutton and chicken. The satay sauce is "gelat", filled with grinded pineapple puree.
