Tonight, we are going to a seventh month dinner with my parents in law at Ang Mo Kio. The caterer for tonight is Sin Hup Seng.The first dish for the night is the cold dish platter that has mayonnaise prawns, fried wanton, top shells, deep fried chicken balls, bak gua and century eggs. The bak gua and century is normal. The mayo prawns is fresh and has canned fruits laid on the bottom. The deep fried wanton is nice with crispy skin and well marinated pork/prawn filling.
