Here at long beach for bro's birthday. He had chili crabs craving, so here we are to satisfy his cravings. This is our crystal hor fun with egg and seafood! I like this dish as the hor fun is really smooth and it has a hint of wok hei taste. Just a hint though, wish it was fried more thoroughly. This is the you char kway with sotong. The star of the show. Chili crab! Love the gravy, good blend of sweetness, saltiness and spiciness! Long beach is still one of the most reputable places for crabs
Black pepper crab - I prefer the one along joo chiat road. This is not peppery enough.
I love bamboo clams and this is good especially with the fried garlic topping.
