Appealing Claypot, it was piping hot while it served. Flesh was pretty fresh and lightly seasoned, a bit spicy with the arrival of dried chilli. Frog was tender and full of ginger fragrant, portion was rather sufficient.

Popular dish in Menu, rich and tangy taste was memorable. Pork was well-marinated, it was deep fried before mixing around with coffee-flavoured sauce. Juicy firm in term of texture, the skin was shinny crisp.

Prepared in the simple way, steaming prawns with shell retained the natural taste. Generous amount of Garlic toppings were aromatic yet not overpowering. Shrimps were obviously fresh, texture was tender while taste was sweet.

Starchy darkening gravy poured on top, homemade tofu was silky soft. Evenly cut into pieces, the pan-fried tofu in appropriate size to bite. Broccolis were put aside as luxurious dressing, the combination was a healthy plate. Freshness tasted, the dish was perfectly cooked. Overall was a pleasant trip with affordable bill, we didn’t choose wrong place to go.
