The FoodI ordered a plate of Braised Duck Rice. The duck meat is tender and has fully absorbed the rich and tasty flavour of the dark braised sauce. Even the skin is fragrant and braised till it's nice and soft. The braised sauce is not too salty and goes very well with the rice. This is one of the better Braised Duck Rice I have ever tasted.
