Today will be our family's last visit to this restaurant. The food and service here used to be good but the bad experience that we had today was too shocking. First, the bbq skewer that we order did not came as described by the waitress .. Instead of 2 sticks each of chicken / beef / cuttlefish and pork.., we got 3 sticks each of chicken / pork and 2 sticks of cuttlefish and asked for a change.The waiter brought the entire dish back to the kitchen and returned 10 mins later with the same dish e
First, the bbq skewer that we order did not came as described by the waitress .. Instead of 2 sticks each of chicken / beef / cuttlefish and pork.., we got 3 sticks each of chicken / pork and 2 sticks of cuttlefish and asked for a change.
The waiter brought the entire dish back to the kitchen and returned 10 mins later with the same dish explaining to us that the beef stick will take some time to prepare. By then the skewers have gone cold... i complained about this to the manager.. The manager again brought the entire dish back to the kitchen a second time!
When the dish was brought to us again by the cook herself, she just conveniently placed the beef stick together with the rest of the cold bbq skewers.. I was patient enough to remind the cook that she cant expect us to consume the earlier bbq skewers that have gone cold.
She returned with the bbq skewers, reheated and overcooked saying.. " Are you okay? Its now HOT." Without even a glance at us, she just walked away.
The manager simply brush off this matter by waiver the charges to this dish without an apology..
