Was attracted by the aroma of the meesua while passing by , and decided to have 1 bowl.The queue was quite long, but their service was pretty fast, i waited only for about 5 minutes for my turn.I really like the texture of the meesua and the broth.They are prepared in such a way that the meesua seems to have blended in with the sauce, but not yet melted completely.Each mouthful mellows down smoothly into my throat.I was hesistant about eating the oysters at first as i was afraid it might not be
I really like the texture of the meesua and the broth.They are prepared in such a way that the meesua seems to have blended in with the sauce, but not yet melted completely.
Each mouthful mellows down smoothly into my throat.I was hesistant about eating the oysters at first as i was afraid it might not be fresh, but i was wrong.The oysters tasted fresh and i had a good chew, there was no fishy/sour taste.
