I da bao some dim sum back home, I am a fan of siew mai but when I opened the box of the siew mai, I was quite disappointed with how it look. There were four pieces and the siew mai looked really pale, the yellow base looks a little white, I guess it was over steamed. I added two kinds of chilli sauce to enhance the taste. In the end, when I brought it home, the siew mai turned out to be very juicy. The meat was very tasty. on top of each siew mai, there is a prawn. The prawn was pretty large in
