The FoodI ordered a bowl of Pork Rib Bee Hoon Soup with Pig Intestines. The Pork Rib Bee Hoon was fantastic and the pork ribs were cooked till it's nice and soft. The soup was rich and tasty and is filled with the natural sweetness from the prawns shells and pork ribs. The pig intestines are fresh, cleaned thoroughly and does not have the porky taste and taste chewy and soft. The fried spring onions and lard was added into the soup to make it even more fragrant.
