I happened to pass by Pure Pandan and I had immediately recalled that my colleagues were actually raving about its purity recently and had ordered a few boxes. Since I was there, I decided to give it a try. Its non artificial paste, coloring, essence and non preservatives marks a health conscious Singaporean diet and we were rather impressed by this concept. Since I was there, I decided to give it a try. Its non artificial paste, coloring, essence and non preservatives marks a health conscious Singaporean diet and we were rather impressed by this concept.

It uses pure pandan juice extract in its creation of the fluffy soft chiffon cake. The color of natural pandan extracts was well reflected in the piece of chiffon cake, the not so bright green with its baked aroma and sponginess is just too good to be described.

For those who didnt get to see anyone manning the stall, dont be surprised. Just ring the bell and the person in charge will walk out of its kitchen.
