Hong Heng Fried Sotong Prawn Mee is strategically located right next to the one and only escalator which lead up from the wet market below to the hawkers up on the second floor. Since I got a craving for fried sotong mee, I decided to order one plate to see how good it is (since there's a small queue of people) The sotong mee is fried in a "wet" style rather than those dried version which I quite like it. It also have a very strong and fragrant prawn taste to it. Portion is just nice for me and
