Waiting time was 20-30 minutes for souffle as they make it fresh on the spot. Don't order this if you're very hungry! My friend had the aglio olio spaghetti while I had their Soufflé Au Curry ($16.80). Souffle was so fluffy and moist, with an eggy flavour while the rice beneath the souffle was fat and fluffy. It would be better to share this I feel. Portion was very filling and I was struggling to finish it too.
