Soup Broth Asia is one of my favorite soup restaurant among others as they offer really different chinese style soups to their patrons at reasonable price. I have frequent this place for 3 times and almost tried all their soups listed in the menu. I would recommend you to visit their website to decide on which soup to order if you are going there for your meal as you will be spoil for choices. Currently they are having their couple and family promotions which entitles you to have 2 soups, 2 sides and 1 desserts. Was there last week so I decided to try their "Titanic" and "Fujian Cabbage Fish Stew". For sides, I ordered their Stir Fried Kailan with Oyster Sauce and Thai Basil Chicken.
"Titanic", which consist of Fish Maw, Shark Fins Melons and Chicken Thigh boiled in real chicken stock taste really nourishing and fresh. It tasted light too, which is a good sign of a no MSG soup."Fujian Cabbage Fish Stew" is like a hokkien style soup with big serving of the cabbage and fish slices. I would say this is something very healthy with only 230cals which is a good choice for people who is watching their diet.
The restaurant is spacious but with limited seats (seating capacity is about 50 I think) so try to avoid the peak dining hours. They also provide a ordering machine with NETS machine at the entrance of the shop if you want to skip the queuing crowd and self service on your orders instead. The servers will serve your pipping hot soup to you and their service is prompt and friendly.
Guess I'll be conquering all their soup menus soon with only a few more left to go!
