New World Mutton Soup (已結業)

Now this is a good place for herbal soup lovers! The herbs tend to ease off the strong mutton smell and the vinegar helps for those who want to mild down the herbal base. The meat is soft, and the bones are easily separated. The soup is really really smooth and the presentation of it is not that bad. Sorry for the bad picture, just couldn't wait to dig in!The chilli here makes you go on fire! A must for chilli lovers but I think I have low tolerance
