Meet up with my ex-colleagues to celebrate one of our friend's birthday. When we arrived, there was already a long queue forming outside the restaurant. Luckily, we made a reservation in advance. We were allocated a private corner so we were not disturbed by other diners. The waitress have excellence service as they keep asking if we want to refill our Chysanthemum tea. The highly recommended dish is definitely their Samsui Ginger Chicken. Using big lettuce leaves to wrap the chicken meat plus lots of ginger sauce. It really taste delicious.
