I was never good at taking very spicy but I figured Japanese spiciness is usually not that spicy so I decided go ahead and ordered a Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen for lunch.The Spicy Tonkotsu Raman ($16.20) came with a ball of chilli and mince pork ball. Just by looking at the ball of Chili meat, I knew it would be too spicy for me. Usually I would take out some of the chili so my soup wouldnt be so spicy but because the chili and the mince pork are rolled together, you will have to give up some the meat

A very stupid idea in my opinion.
In the end I mixed the whole ball of meat into my soup. A decision which I regretted immediately. The Ramen is chewy at just the right texture, however the soup is now so spicy that I could barely continue eating.I might come back for some of their other items next time, but I will definitely not recommend Spicy Tonkotse Ramen unless you can really take very very high level of heat.
