I've been to several events that had food catered by Stamford catering but never had the time to review it. Unlike specialized caterers, Stamford seems to have been catering for decades and serves to cater for large groups with simple dietary requirements. They aren't the most expensive and nor the cheapest, but you can also pick their cheaper options. They usually have credit promotions as well.Their honey drumlets are small and easy to eat. The meat was still warm about 1.5horus after arrival

Alot of misses and the only hit was the honey drumlet. Even the mee goreng was very oily and tasteless. I've definitely had better experiences with Stamford Catering.
