I went with a girlfriend to bugis for steamboat at chong qing. We went on a weekday afternoon so there was totally no crowd, nobody to fight for ingredients with us. They offered us the yuan yang pot for which we picked their pork ribs soup and mala soup. For their mala soup, they have three levels of spiciness, xiao la, zhong la or da la. We picked the least spiciness as my friend was not a chilli fan. There were plenty of ingredients to choose from, the mushroom itself had plenty of choices. T
