steamed chicken roast chicken

I drove the family to wee nam kee for dinner. We ordered half a roast chicken and half a steamed chicken. The chicken was so good that my dad and I each ate 2 plates of rice. The rice was really fragrant, it was not too clumpy or hard. I preferred the roast chicken as compared to the steamed chicken as I find the steamed chicken was a little oily probably due to its skin. The both chicken were really good, the meat was very tender. I like the gravy of the chicken, it was a tad too salty but when

The rice was really fragrant, it was not too clumpy or hard. I preferred the roast chicken as compared to the steamed chicken as I find the steamed chicken was a little oily probably due to its skin. The both chicken were really good, the meat was very tender. I like the gravy of the chicken, it was a tad too salty but when eaten with rice, it taste just right. Their chilli sauce also evokes your appetite, the sourness and spiciness just goes too well with the chicken and the rice. It was indeed a hearty meal.
