This is the Steamed Pork Ribs with Black Bean ($4.50). The pork ribs were rather small and did not have much meat. It was mostly bones. I like the peppery taste in the gravy though. This is the Signature Dish- Sausage, Chicken and Mushroom ($6.50). The sausage was good as it did not contain too much fat and it felt healthier. This is the Kai Lan with Special Sauce ($3.50). I found the kai lan sauce to be quite salty. I told the stall worker that it was salty and she replied that it is their special sauce and it comes that way. This explanation was insufficient as their chef could have lessened the amount of salt that was added in. Vegetables looked fresh and had a vibrant green colour to it. I will try other dishes at this stall as it does seem healthier. They also offer a brown rice option instead of the normal white rice.
