I've been a loyal and regular customer of Ajisen since many years back when I first discovered it. What I love about Ajisen's ramen is the noodle that they use that I can never find elsewhere! Their portions are generous yet affordable. We ordered the Pork Curry Ramen and a Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. Both soups had different tastes, with the Tonkotsu Ramen being slightly saltier than the Pork Curry. The Pork Curry Ramen soup has a thicker and more flavourful broth. I highly recommend it.We also

We also ordered a side dish: White fish. The fish is fried and covered in a mixture of batter that is not too oily. The white fish is very tender and tasty.
Overall taste test: 9/10
Highly recommended if you want a hearty meal!
