My first try on Fermented bean curdThe first plate that came, sliced stinkies. Crispy, but not as smelly as I thought. Not bad, quite juicy even though they are sliced.Then came the cube stinkies. Crispy and very very juicy; they literally drool themselves out in my mouth! Lol! Smellier than the first plate, and I'm pleased. Ordered soft shell crab cake to try as well... Not anywhere near impressive...Fried golden mushrooms... Too oily for my liking, but the interesting thing is that they served
