Strawberry Shortcake

This bakery has a very dazzling array of cakes. The Strawberry Shortcake caught my eye and hence I decided to get it. The cake is very pretty with the strawberry on top of the cake. Tastewise, I like that the overall taste isn't too sweet, but just right. The cream is very smooth and the ratio of cream to the sponge cake is also proportionate. The sponge cake is moist and is spongy and soft. Although it is a very simple cake, but it is exceuted very well, which scores high for me. I am anticipat
