I've seen a lot of photos from Kate Spade and I so happened to chance upon this dessert shop so I went to try their recommended and highly raved strawberry tofu cheese cake ($5.90). The tofu cheesecake was incredibly soft and smooth, just like tofu and the cheese flavour was light. If you do not really fancy cheesecakes with strong cheese flavours, perhaps you can try this out.
