Katsu DonFirst time visit this restaurant is because me and my friends saw the advertisement that the cheapest dish is only $2.90. So we went and the food were not nice. Free popiah & Fried scallopThe waitress says we were given this two free dish, which costs about $6. The popiah was very oily and the scallop still tasted okay with the mayo on top.
