YUM. Aburi Salmon Belly Sushi is my weakness and theirs was an absolute delight! Just before they served this plate of sushi, while they were torching the salmon, the smell of the seared and slightly charred salmon filled the entire restaurant. That smell was so appetizing and made me so eager to get my food! Taste-wise, the salmon was soft and sweet and the amount of rice was just right so that it didn't overpower the taste and mouthfeel of the fish.As for the Ikura sushi, it was definitely goo

As for the Ikura sushi, it was definitely good too. But nowhere as mind-blowing as the Aburi Salmon Belly Sushi
