I am walking towards the bus stop when I see this beancurd outlet. It has been quite since I last have its beancurd. It is known for its traditional soya bean milk and beancurd which is available in both hot and cold version. There is not much people at the outlet as most people are buying for takeaway. I am walking towards the bus stop when I see this beancurd outlet. It has been quite since I last have its beancurd. It is known for its traditional soya bean milk and beancurd which is available in both hot and cold version. There is not much people at the outlet as most people are buying for takeaway. There are only 2 staffs manging the outlet and both work quite fast.
But been traditional, I order hot version for both. The cold version for both are pre packed and keep in fridge but for hot version, it will be done on the spot with the beancurd been scooped into bowl and pipping hot soya milk filled the cup. Each version costs $1.10 each for takeaway. The beancurd tastes quite smooth and the soya bean milk is not too sweet.
Besides these, there is also durian spring roll which is freshly deep fried upon order. It costs $3 for a serving of 2 pieces. I am a bit disappoint as it is not filled with fresh durian flesh. Instead it is more like durian flavour paste. Overall it is a simple and tasty supper.
