The cheese are melted inside and is a great combination with the small slices of hotdog. Oyster Mee Suathis has got to be one of my favourite oyster mee sua! I love the gravy! However, I find that the sizes of oysters are inconsistent. Sometimes, they are very small and I feel shortchanged. Other times, they are fine.
