I like to have this Korean mixed rice on a starving rainy day for few reasons: the portion is huge, and the spiciness is comforting! The dish contains lots of vegetables, cucumber, carrot, bean sprouts, seaweed etc, as well as chicken strips cooked in spicy sauce, it is a pretty balanced diet. If you like it to be hotter, you could always ask for more spicy sauce. Love the taste!
