It's our monthly birthday celebration for the girls born in January & we decided on Hi-Tea at 10|Scotts as the birthday girl rave about the service. However, I beg to differ. Drinks took too long to be served; refill of food items took too long to refill; food items at the live station took an hour to refil; scones were served only towards the end of the Hi-tea session.When we approach the manager on duty, we were told that they were short of staff! When we approach the manager on duty, we were told that they were short of staff! I'm pretty surprised to hear such excuse coming from a manager of a Hi-Tea place at a 5-star Hotel!
