What a terrible experience for me and my friend to visit this so well reviewed tea cafe for afternoon hi-tea! We ordered an A la carte cold meat plate with a coffee & a pear tea(the tuna is very fishy). Was thinking we can chill off and charmed by the lovely decors but ended up such a bad experience for us! The lady waiters there take their sweet & much longer time to serve us! They falied to serve us for more than 20mins!Beside the higher price charged for the normal coffee by Nespresso Home Co
Beside the higher price charged for the normal coffee by Nespresso Home Coffee Maker Machine C100 series which the water temperature may not as hot as commercial one! I paid S$7.90 per/cup which i think expensive for a tinny cup and on top of it the coffee was served with a broken cracked cup that make me pissed off! I highlighted to the Lady Manager and she said is her staff that not paying attention to the serving!!!! What an stupid excuses she can come out!! If her staff not paying attention to it that mean she herself is not doing her job well or day dreaming during business hours? Guess the management got to do something about it.
Beside that my friend ordered a pear flower tea and we noticed they were using the Hosen Brand canned pear and juice for the tea! So unbelievable they really find the quick fix and making an easy way for higher profit! I will not going back to that place again to pay higher price but enjoys the low quality products.
Really a sxxx place!
